Four glorious courses and an intermezzo are included, paired with wines selected by Terence Shiple of The Country Vintner. The wine is chilling, the menus are edged up for thrills, and the laughs are for free. So are the recipes.
The U.S. of A. and Le Mistral dinners are seasonally specific and meant to make you cozy, while the Cabo San Lucas dinner is designed for escapism so you can get out of town.
